How is the Market? As I was getting some training watching Tom Ferry a well known real estate trainer; I thought his view really made sense. His answer was it depends, are you buying, selling or investing? Buying offers low rates and some great opportunities if you are able to get to them first! Furthermore interest rates are still below 5% and this is a real big deal on purchasing power. If you decide to wait, your waiting may cost you big if rates climb. Selling, now thats the question. I believe that if you the home is priced correctly, marketed correctly, and is primed to sell that is how we get one sold in todays market.
